Men’s Clothing Sales Consultant – Pedestrian Jobs

Who we are

THEODORE is an exciting fashion startup with unique technology that powers our luxury menswear e-commerce business. This role is based at our Surry Hills head office.

The role

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to drive sales for our luxury men’s apparel business’ high-value clients, via virtual and in-person appointments.

This means:

  • Provide information about our products, track leads and leads, provide excellent service, and work with customers to understand the exact order and specifications they need.
  • Integrate customers into our business systems, to promote and encourage ongoing orders.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person appointments.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales who is organized, flexible and has some experience selling menswear or fashion.

The person

You have to:

  • Be able to work with key clients via email, phone and in person
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to delight customers and improve relationships
  • Have excellent organizational skills, to ensure that all aspects of quotes, orders and other requests are fully met in a timely manner.
  • Have a proven track record in corporate sales
  • Be precise, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure.
  • Have a positive attitude and be prepared to take on a variety of tasks, taking notes and feedback as you go.

Terms

  • Experience in customer-facing retail or luxury brand environments
  • Experience in menswear/fashion or personal selling
